Black wild silk tank jumpsuit with open back and tie closure. Can be worn a variety of ways.

Responsibly and sustainably crafted in Turkey by a family-run factory established in 1949. This factory specializes in natural dyes with plant-based pigments and can provide GOTS, OCS, Oeko-Tex, Sedex and BCI certification. Rainwater from the factory roof is collected and used during dyeing to reduce usage of ground water.

CARE
Machine wash cold on gentle cycle using natural detergent (clothing can shrink 5-7% in wash) or hand wash. Air dry. Do not dry or store in direct contact with sun exposure. To reduce watches, you can air out or freeze your garments for 6-12 hours. Spot clean any stains. Knits should be stored folded.

MATERIALS

Wild Silk – Baserange's wild silk originates from China and is Oeko-Tex certified. Wild silk comes from Tussar silkworms that live in the wild. Due to the short fiber length, Tussar silk is a very durable fabric and more textured than regular silk. The process of making wild silk is non-violent and does not involve killing silkworms. For around 30 days, the silkworm grows and munches on castor leaves until it reaches its final size. It then spins its cocoon for another 15 days. Once the moth leaves its cocoon, the silk is processed.
